Refund & Cancellation Condition

Welcome to Procure Fitness! By enrolling in our fitness programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment: Payment is required in full prior to the start of the program. We accept various forms of payment including credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
  2. Refunds: We offer a full refund within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.
  3. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation in the program, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the start date of the program. If you cancel within 7 days of the program start date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your participation in the program, you may do so without penalty if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the start date of the program. If you request a reschedule within 7 days of the program start date, we will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.
  5. Program Changes: Procure fitness Programs reserves the right to modify or cancel any program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a program cancellation, we will offer a full refund to all participants.
  6. Liability: By participating in procure Fitness Programs, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical exercise. You agree to release Tentraiment Fitness Programs and its instructors from any and all liability for any injury, illness, or other harm that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the program.
